Shawn L. Hungate

Shawn L. Hungate has been practicing law in Central Florida since 1997. His practice has ranged from Civil Litigation and Bankruptcy to Criminal Defense and Divorce. His primary focus of practice is now in defense of various felonies and misdemeanors (DUI, Sex Crimes, Drug Charges, Burglary, etc.) and family law (Divorce, Paternity, etc.).

Mr. Hungate graduated from The University of Arizona in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Management Information Systems. He also obtained his Juris Doctor from The University of Arizona in 1997. Mr. Hungate has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1997 and a member of The United States Bankruptcy District Court for the Middle District of Florida since 1998. Mr. Hungate’s out of office interests include fishing, kayaking, golfing, and caring for his dogs and cats. Mr. Hungate has been married to his beautiful wife, Tracy, since 1997.
