Our TeamA graduate of Brown University and Rutgers Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review, Michael B. Kirschner, Esq., has been in practice for over 35 years; first in New Jersey for more than 20 years, and now for 15 years in Florida. Although experienced in many areas of the law, Mr. Kirschner has spent the last several years working with personal injury and insurance claims. Earlier in his career, while practicing in New Jersey, he was a senior partner in Magee, Kirschner & Graham, a general practice law firm on the Jersey coast, where he was a municipal and school board attorney, as well as a personal injury and appellate lawyer. After moving to Florida in 1990 and entering private practice in North Miami as a partner in Bolton & Kirschner, he represented several insurance companies as well as private claimants. He then spent nearly seven years as a trial attorney for State Farm Insurance in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale and joined Draper Law Office in 2005. His experience includes motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, product defects and food poisoning. He now brings his thorough knowledge of insurance, claim handling and personal injury litigation to representation of injured parties. Married with two adult children and three grandchildren, Mr. Kirschner lives in Poinciana. He enjoys doing home improvements, along with softball and fishing in his leisure hours.
