Charles B. Draper

Charles B. Draper is the managing partner/shareholder of Draper Law Office, where he has been practicing plaintiff personal injury law since 1984. His practice is devoted exclusively to personal injury and wrongful death involving car/truck/motorcycle/bicycle/pedestrian accidents, slip/fall accidents, pool/drowning accidents, hotel/theme park accidents, dog bites and defective products. Before 1984, Mr. Draper was associated with the firm of Magavern & Magavern in Buffalo, New York, where his practice was primarily devoted to plaintiff personal injury law. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He earned his B.A. degree from Rollins College (1970) and his J.D. degree from State University of New York School of Law at Buffalo (1973). His leisure interests include golf, sport fishing, kayaking, and whitewater rafting. He is married to Judge Carol Engle Draper.
