We had a past client who was a housewife in Florida. She had slipped and fell at home while walking from her refrigerator to her living room. She suffered a shattered kneecap as a result of the accident.

We assisted the client in bringing a claim against the floor cleaning company, which had previously done work for her, but denied any wrongdoing when approached by our client.
