What if Your Attorney Doesn’t Return Your Calls?

You’ve been in an accident and you’re quickly learning that the pain of your injuries, stress from property damage and loss of income, hurts just about as much as the frustration of your lawyer not returning your phone calls or emails.

So what do you do when you need a lawyer on your side who will treat you as more than just your case number?

Charlie Draper of the Draper Law *Office* weighs in. He says:
“Even if you’re not your lawyer’s only client, you should be treated as such. We get a number of clients from the larger mill firms solely because they get frustrated from not having their calls returned. The benefit of working with a smaller boutique firm is more personal attention. ”

Your lawyer should be there for you in your time of need to guide you through the intricacies of the insurance claims process and fight for the most favorable result on your behalf and to keep you informed about the status of your case.

Responsive communication isn’t too much to ask for.

The bottom line is that your attorney should return your calls in a prompt fashion.  If you are having trouble getting your attorney to call you back right away, contact the legal experts at Draper Law Office.
