What You Should and Should Not Say To Insurance Adjusters

Listen as Kissimmee personal injury lawyer, Charlie Draper outlines what to say and what not to say to the insurance adjusters after you have been involved in a car accident.

Insurance Adjusters

The two types of insurance adjusters you will encounter include the at-fault company’s adjuster and your own insurance company’s adjuster.

Do not give a written or recorded statement to the at-fault party’s adjuster. Additionally, do not discuss any injuries. You can ask where you can see your car and if the insurance company will be providing you with a rental car.

You are required to give your own insurance company’s adjuster an accurate statement regarding the events and a description of your injuries. Remember, lying or exaggerating your injuries does not help your claim. Watch the video to learn more.

If you have additional questions regarding what to discuss with the different insurance adjusters, call the experienced Kissimmee car accident lawyers of Draper Law Offices at 407-846-0075. I welcome your call. Visit our educational website, where you can view more videos and media content from our law firm.
