How Long Will A Divorce Case Take To Conclude in Florida?

Listen as Kissimmee divorce attorney, Linda Gruszynski details how long it might take to resolve your divorce case in Florida.

The answer is that it depends on the complexity of your case. It is possible for the case to be resolved in only a few weeks, but to achieve this you and your spouse would have to agree on all aspects of the case, such as division of assets, debts and issues involving any children. Also, the court would need to have an open time available for a final hearing.

If these issues are not resolved it will take longer, as negotiations or arguments in front of the court will be needed. Once the issues have been addressed, we can proceed to a final hearing in which the judge will enter a final judgment. Watch the video to learn more.
