What Are The Grounds For Divorce In Florida?

Listen as Linda Gruszynski explains the grounds for divorce in Florida.

In the State of Florida, the basis for filing for divorce is really quite simple. There are just a few things you need to keep in mind when you file for divorce. You are going to have to be able to prove to the court that your marriage is irretrievably broken and beyond repair. It is also required that you have completed six months of residency in Florida.

When presenting your case for divorce, it is important to know that the other party may contest the point that your marriage is irretrievably broken. However, there are ways to get through that, and they are not very complicated.

If you complete both of the requirements described above, you can proceed with the divorce process in Florida. Watch the video to learn more.
