What To Do If Your Attorney Is Not Returning Your Calls

Listen as Florida attorney Michelle Incandela explains what to do if your attorney doesn’t return your calls.

Let’s say that you were involved in a car accident. You hired a lawyer to represent you, but now he does not return your phone calls or you just can’t find him.

First, consider that your lawyer may have valid reasons to explain his inability to contact you. Accidents or sudden illness do occur. Normally, when an attorney is out of the office, a staff member may be in charge of letting clients know of the situation.

If this is a continuous problem where you repeatedly tried to get in contact with your lawyer without success, then you could call the office manager or a senior partner at the law firm. Explain your situation, and request an attorney that better suits your needs to handle your case appropriately. As a client, you should have access to your lawyer and have your calls returned promptly.

If you do not have a good relationship with your attorney, it is going to affect the result of your claim. Watch the video to learn more.

If you have additional questions, call the experienced Kissimmee attorneys of Draper Law Offices at 407-846-0075. I welcome your call.
